عندما يشتد الصراع على تشكيل الحكومة ، يلجأ الفرقاء السياسيين الى شخصيات مستقلة تكنوقراط او مخضرمين في التخصص الوظيفي ، في سبيل نزع الصراع وتشكيل الحكومة لتسيير ما هو اهم فقرة في الشؤون السياسية ( مصلحة الشعب ) . لكن على ما يبدو في السياسة العراقية ( الفرقاء السياسيين ) يلجأون الى العنف والتسقيط والجهل الفكري بدلا من الحوار .

When the conflict over the formation of the government intensifies, the political parties resort to independent figures, technocrats or veterans in the functional specialization, in order to eliminate the conflict and form the government to manage what is the most important paragraph in political affairs (the interest of the people). But it seems that in Iraqi politics (the political parties) resort to violence, procrastination and intellectual ignorance instead of dialogue.
